Orders are shipped UPS ground the same day they are received
whenever possible. Shipping via UPS ground is free.
We will send you an email with tracking information when done.
Contact us if you prefer a different shipping method (charges
will apply).

Warranty
1 year for parts and labor and 3 years for hard disk drives.

Return policy
Returns are accepted for up to 30 days after date of purchase.
Unit must be in resalable condition and complete. Restocking fee
is 15%.
Missing accessories or parts will be charged. Contact us for
return authorization.
